Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability while respecting the time and effort put into scheduling and preparing for each appointment. To maintain the efficiency and fairness of our scheduling system, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service cost. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us directly via phone (270-366-1986) or email (pharmaciebyjessica@gmail.com). Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events may occur. In such cases, we encourage clients to communicate their situation with us, and we will do our best to accommodate without imposing the cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged the full service cost, and future appointments may require a pre-payment or non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late for their appointment, the service time may be shortened to avoid any inconvenience for clients with subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply. By scheduling an appointment with Jessica Rumsey, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
